Parker Butterworth is a ten-year political campaign professional who is excited to continue to bring positive change and help build a brighter future for this – and next – generation. His experience spans building strong campaign teams, fundraising, voter messaging, paid media advertising and campaign management.
In 2018, he worked with Carolyn Long (WA-03) as her General Consultant and Media Strategist where he guided the 3.8-million-dollar congressional campaign to a close race in a district previously won by the Republican incumbent by 20+ points.
He has directly worked for candidates across the nation, helping elect Governor John Kitzhaber (OR) – the only Gubernatorial Democrat to win election in a Republican “wave” year, Portland Mayor Charlie Hales (OR) as well as Assemblywoman Lucy Flores (NV) campaign for Lt. Governor.
Parker sits on the Washington Bus’s Board of Directors, where he helps develop new political leaders. He is also an advocate for sustainable food systems and serves on the Good Meat Project board, – an organization dedicated to responsible meat production and consumption through experiential education.
